Read moreLWN shouldn’t have to exist, but we do. We fight and campaign for women’s equality within the Labour Party, to secure the election of more Labour women to public office at every level and to support Labour women to play a full part in the Party.
Women have different opinions and views, so LWN doesn't make or take policy positions. We do campaign for measures that would contribute to better women’s equality, power and agency within the Labour Party and within society.
We go far beyond just advocating for women's equality: we actively invest in the practical skills, development and empowerment of Labour women through gold-standard training, which is uniquely no-nonsense and rooted in political reality; networking and sisterhood. We directly support women to achieve leadership roles and to make a tangible impact in politics.
We are fearlessly non-factional - sisterhood, no matter your shade of red, and we aim to amplify all women’s voices in our Party.
