If you’re already a councillor and considering a leadership role in your Group, this will be the course for you.

Based on our gold-standard Aspiring Leaders Parliamentary training it will give you some space in which to think in new ways about your political future.

We’ll give you some new skills, but we’ll also help you to brush up on some you didn’t know you had. And you’ll meet women from around the country who share your passion for local government, and start to form a new network of senior women making a difference for Labour.

Amongst other things, we will be covering areas such as:

• developing a personal political strategy
• developing and communicating your message
• teambuilding and networking
