"Joining the Jo Cox Women in Leadership Programme was transformative for me. It allowed me to feel part of the Labour sisterhood in a way that I hadn’t previously, providing the cohort with an amazing network of women supporting each other from all over the country (and abroad!). 

The programme made me realise how I can be a leader within my community and CLP. The training I received was instrumental in my election this year. Without it I do not think I could have gone through the election and selection processes. The programme is not only for those who wish to be elected, it recognises the importance of having women from across the movement in every room where decisions are being made. I cannot recommend this programme enough."
