We're excited to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is a vital yearly gathering for all eligible LWN members. True to our #KeepTheGoodStuff campaign, we're committed to making our AGM as inclusive as possible by holding it online in the evening, a few days before the Labour Party Annual Conference. This ensures maximum participation from our members.

This year's AGM offers you the chance to:

  • Catch up on our progress and achievements from the last 12 months.
  • Understand our financial health.
  • Learn the outcomes of the Executive Committee election.
  • Have your say on any potential constitutional changes (if we have any)*
  • Discover our exciting plans for the coming months.

Our AGM will take place on:
Wednesday, 17th September 2025, starting at 8pm via Zoom

To ensure a secure environment and accurate voting rights, all members must pre-register to attend. The deadline to pre-register is noon on Monday, 8th September 2025.

After You've Registered
In the afternoon of the 8th September, for those who have RSVP'ed, we'll verify membership. If there are any issues with your eligibility, we'll contact you directly to provide guidance; if you’re eligible to attend we will email you a couple of days before the AGM, with the Zoom codes and any documents you will need.

*Constitutional Amendments

As per our constitution, any amendments to this Constitution shall only be considered at the Annual General Meeting. The Director and/or Secretary must receive notice of any amendment via email, at least 21 days before the AGM meeting, and shall circulate it to Members with the agenda for the AGM. Please email amendments to [email protected] using the subject 'CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS'.

Any change requires a two-thirds majority of those present and voting at the meeting.
