I am a barrister specialising in employment and commercial law. My employment work focuses on actions bought under the Equality Act and I act for both employees and employers. Last November I spoke in the Society of Labour Lawyers v Conservative lawyers debate in favour of the proposition that this government is bad for workers and bad for business (http://www.unionhome.org.uk/?author=51).

Additionally, I sit on the Fabian Society executive. Previously I was the Young Fabian executive chair, when we focused our work on 'intergenerational justice' including the record high levels of youth unemployment.
