Graphic to show Quick WinJoin us for our one-off workshop that will focus on Channelling Audre: Political self-care.

In the words of activist and writer, Audre Lorde: “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

Join LWN for this session on how to build strategies to preserve your political self, stay focused and carve out time for your own self-care- especially in an election year.

Hear how sisters with years of experience in campaigning balance competing demands, and how they’ve kept their cool in a tough political world.

LWN has a long tradition of providing gold-standard training, which enjoys a very high reputation, plenty of success stories, and a proven track record, so you will be in good hands!

Unlike other LWN Training courses, there is no application form, you just need to register below. This event is open to all women members of the Labour Party, and while membership of LWN isn't necessary to attend, we hope that you consider joining LWN here (if you are not already a member) as we are only able to provide these activities because of LWN members' subs and fundraising.

There is a small charge for this event of £5 (or £10 with our solidarity rate, which adds an extra donation).
Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.  (If you are an LWN member, and require a bursary to take part, please email [email protected]).

Please only purchase one place - if you know of other's who would like to attend, please share this webpage and ask them to sign up individually.

Please be aware, that if you have unsubscribed/ opted-out of receiving our emails, our system is set-up to not send you any emails.  If you don’t get regular emails from us or have opted-out and would like to come back in, please let us know by emailing here and we will help.
