Our Friends in the North

The summer holidays might soon be over, but here at LWN we've only had time for a quick spot of sunbathing, as we've been busy getting ready for a September packed full of events for you to enjoy.

With our first Northern Political Day, our AGM, our celebrated training and much more there's something for everyone in the next month.

Aspiring Candidate Training

Every weekend brings more new of fabulous Labour women becoming PPCs. Many of them are LWN graduates, and you can see our Northern Political Day agenda is packed with successful graduates.

The full list of graduates selected since 2010 includes a wide range of women from diverse backgrounds and experiences, but what they all have in common is a real commitment to winning for Labour and getting rid of the Tory-led government at the next election.

If you’d like to come on our course and find out how we can help you to be ready for selection (or for any other goal in the Party) there are still places available on our courses in Watford and Leeds in the autumn.

If you’re not sure take a look at what LWN graduate and one of Labour's newest MPs Emma Lewell-Buck says about the impact our training had on her

Upcoming training dates:

26th-27th October, Watford

7th-8th December, Leeds

Find out more about the training and how to apply on our
website.
