I am a policy, campaigning, and communications professional with 15 years of professional experience delivering effective policy, public relations and awareness campaigns. I am also a Labour Councillor in Newham, London.    With an academic background in politics, rights and environment, I can talk informatively about women’s rights, health care reform, and local/national/international environmental issues. I can also talk about the role of the European Union, EU Reform and discuss optimal outcomes for the UK in relation to the EU.     As a life-long campaigner and political activist I have fought and won campaigns on women’s rights, including human trafficking and tackling violence against women; on access to health including areas like end of life care and rare conditions; and on the environment including the use of plastic bags, food waste and toxic chemicals.  I have worked with business, ministers and senior figures from across the political world to deliver change for the better.    As a councillor I have won elections and my career has been dedicated to positive change. It is a pleasure and privilege to share my knowledge, experiences, insight and strategies with Labour colleagues for winning both elections and cause-driven campaigns particularly on the environment, health, and women’s rights.
