Party Conference 2018 is coming up fast...

Labour Women's Network will be working hard at both Women's Conference and Annual Conference and are pulling together a programme of activities as you read this.

All CLPs are entitled to submit a motion to women's conference. The deadline is this Friday (29th June) at midnight. Motions must be no more than 250 words, must relate to issues affecting women, and must not include a rule change.

LWN is submitting a motion on Parental Leave, including for Councillors. It would be wonderful if some CLPs could submit it too, as it will make it more likely it gets debated at Conference.  You can read our motion here

If your CLP is meeting this week, please do email the motion to your CLP secretary and ask them to table it for consideration as the CLP's motion to Women's Conference.  Your CLP Secretaries can submit it here.
