I am offering to speak on areas such as governance and business economics as I set up my own consultancy business in 2002 and have been working for 25 years with some of the world's largest companies covering areas of transport, manufacturing, retail, NHS and financial services including pensions.

I fearlessly confront institutional incompetence, poor quality of customer service and am the voice for getting people what they are due, I tackle unfairness from the inside and I have been a LGPS pensions trustee for a £4bn fund and I am a hospital governor and a governor of a Camden primary school, I sit on the Audit Committee of King's College London where I conducted PhD research into Board Governance. I am also on the Bar Standards Board disciplinary tribunal panel that maintains standards in the legal profession.  So, I can speak about setting up and running a company and developing a ‘portfolio’ of non-executive director, trustee and governor roles; and the reality of being a university lecturer.

My original CLP was Slough and I am now in Bloomsbury, Camden so I have experienced how two of our Labour strongholds campaign to keep a hold of their constituency and develop the vote in the run up to and in between elections. I am also campaigning for the local elections in the West Hampstead ward.
